CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS: CARE and AABC accredited experts work throughout the North of England, Southern Scotland and Wales on repair and conservation of historic buildings and ancient monuments, including listed bridges, 18th-century grand houses, churches, medieval buildings and ruins. Projects have won RICS Conservation Awards, IStructE Awards and Civic Trust Awards. The use of traditional materials both in repairs and new work is encouraged and the practice has particular expertise in the use of lime mortars and renders.
